1. Copy the code from http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Mkgmap/help/scripts in a new file, save it as e.g. mkgmapsupp.sh
2. Make the script executable with chmod u+x mkgmapsupp.sh
3. Run it.

./mkgmapsupp.sh kosovo.osm

Very cool. Of course, it relies on the underlying data, including speed limits, which I dont' think many of us have added. From Gjilan to Prishtina it routed me through Ferizaj...64 KM and 54 minutes. I'm pretty sure it would be tough to manage 70 km/h over that distance.

Still, very cool tool and pretty exciting.
